vray realistic copper material tutorial super easy

V-ray realistic copper material tutorial. Learn to create copper material in 3ds max and v-ray by following some basic and simple steps as given below.

 

Step 1: Select an object on which you want to assign v-ray Realistic Copper material. Then open material editor (Press M). Then click on standard button and Select VRayMtl from the list.

Step 2:

Set the Diffuse color to (Red: 20, Green: 7, Blue: 5)

Set the reflection color to (Red: 219, Green: 135, Blue: 120)

Set the RGlossiness to 0.81

Set the subdivs  to 24

Set the Max depth to 7

Check the box to turn on Fresnel reflections and click on L to change Fresnel IOR value to 10      *(for brighter result set it to 20)

Also I renamed the material name to copper
