This are used images for this Tutorial . (All images are downloaded from google images, You can google for more texture images.)

Tutorial :

Step 1: Import your image into Photoshop, Cut your photo with the pen tool and duplicate selected area on new layer by pressing shortcut Ctrl + j .

=====================================

(As you can see in image below I named the layer desaturate which is cut) Now Desaturate This Layer, (check image below)

=====================================

Step 2: Import background sky image and place it according to light condition and your requirements.

=====================================

Now select sky later and Desaturate it click on >> Create new fill or adjustment layer >> and choose Hue/Saturation… as shown in image and Desaturate sky to -45

=====================================

Now Select the sky layer and Go to Filter >>  Blur >> Gaussian Blur  and apply some values to blur sky background

=====================================

Step 3:  Now select and make a copy of layer Desaturate by pressing Ctrl+j ( main layer which is cut )  as shown in image

=====================================

Now go to Filter >> Filter Gallery and  Apply Accented Edges and set the values to Edge Width: 1 , Edge Brightness: 27, and Smoothness: 5, It will give polished smooth effect on skin .

=====================================

Once you’re finished, bring the Opacity of this layer to 60%.

=====================================

Step 4: This step is really makes the photo feel like a statue, Create new layer name it eyes,Select inner area of eyes with pen tool, use the Brush tool B to paint the eyes manually with a hard round brush.

Use the brush again to smooth edges to give that polished stone effect.

=====================================

Step 5: Now Time to give the statue effect! Drag the Reference photo of marble or similar texture onto the canvas.

Set the layer to Multiply and place it on your photo (rotate and scale it according to required) now lets Erase the part of stone texture which is overlap onto the background >> ctrl +left click on the layer to get a selection  (as shown in image)

Once you get selection Add a mask to erase overlape stone texture.

=====================================

Once you done go to brush tool B and start painting black color onto mask to erase unnecessary cracks and effects (also you can use stamp tool to copy cracks)

Now repeat the step same for several times to get more cracks and stone effects on your photo,

=====================================

Step 6:  Use more texture to get more good result,

Apply multiply and bring down Opacity to less then 50%

Again apply Add a Mask to clear overlap texture on background,

=====================================

Now we are going to use 1 more stone effect texture import and scale it according to your image

Set blending mode to Overlay and bring down Opacity to 35%

Once you done, Result will be like as shown in image,

=====================================

Now Ctrl+click on your desaturate Copy layer (main) to get a selection

=====================================

And Apply Brightness/Contrast  to it >> Create new fill or adjustment layer >> Brightness/Contrast  and play with the values, values I set Brightness:2 Contrast: -27

=====================================

Now that the photo looks a little dull Again Ctrl+left click on layer to get selection and apply levels >> Create new fill or adjustment Layer >> Levels… and set values as shown in image below  0   1.42   200  and output level  to  16  255 (play with the values carefully because we don’t want it to be over bright)

=====================================

Add a new layer and fill it with a muted brown color bbac8e  and set the Layer Blending mode to Color Burn, Bring down the Opacity of the layer to 50%

Once again Add a New Fill or Adjustment Layer of Color Balance. Here we’ll be adjusting values of only the Shadows and Highlights. Set the Shadows to: Red -2  Green -2  Blue +6 And the Highlights to: Red -6  Green +1  and Blue -22.

=====================================

Sky is looking still little bluish lets Bring down the Saturation of sky little more near by -85%

=====================================

There we go! That’s it. . .  Have fun turning your favorite pictures into statues! .
