V-ray realistic Shine Metal vray Blend Material tutorial. Learn to create Vray realistic Shine metal vray Blend Material tutorial using 3ds max and v-ray by following some and simple steps as given below.
Step 1: Select an object on which you want to assign v-ray Shine Metal vray Blend material. Then open material editor (Press M). Then click on standard button and Select VRayBlendMtl from the list.
Step 2: click on Discard old material and hit OK
Step 3: Apply VrayMtl to the Base Material by clicking on None. (for details check image below)
Step 4: apply following settings to VRayMtl base material,
Set the Diffuse color to (Red: 46, Green: 46, Blue: 46)
Set the reflection color to (Red: 232, Green: 225, Blue: 129)
Set the RGlossiness to 0.8
Set the subdivs to 18
Set the Max depth to 5
UnCheck the box to turn off Fresnel reflections.
also Select Ward option from BRDF section/settings (for details check image below)
And Un-Check the Glossy Fresnel from Option section/settings (for details check image below)
Step 5: Now Go back to parent Material.
Step 6: By clicking on the box which is shown in the image below to Change the blend amount color to (Red: 40, Green: 40, Blue: 40), (for details check image below)
Step 7: Now apply VRayMtl to the 1st Coat materials: by clicking on none,
Step 8: Now Apply following settings to VRayMtl of the 1st Coat materials: (which is given below)
Set the Diffuse color to (Red: 128, Green: 128, Blue: 128)
Set the reflection color to (Red: 232, Green: 232, Blue: 232)
Set the RGlossiness to 0.95
Set the subdivs to 20
Set the Max depth to 5

And Un-Check the Glossy Fresnel from Option section/settings (for details check image below)
