vray polished brass material settings 3ds max

V-ray realistic polished Polished brass material tutorial. Learn to create Polished brass material in 3ds max and v-ray by following some simple steps as given below.

Step 1: Select an object on which you want to assign v-ray Realistic Polished Brass material. Then open material editor (Press M). Then click on standard button and Select VRayMtl from the list.

Step 2:

Set the Diffuse color to (Red: 221, Green: 60, Blue: 6)

Set the reflection color to (Red: 225, Green: 143, Blue: 43)

Set the RGlossiness to 0.97

Set the subdivs  to 24

Set the Max depth to 8

Check the box to turn on Fresnel reflections and click on L to change Fresnel IOR value to 20

Also I renamed the material name to Polished brass
